Although from my last trip, we realize that they are in short of staff or will I say that is bad management but whichever it is, I still believe that Cathay needs to work on its cabin crew management.  The cabin crews are super nice and friendly, always seeking out helping the passengers to enjoy the flight throughout the flight.
